Data Retention Policy

Retention by plan

Reports and their associated code, findings, and improved-code output are retained for the number of days specified by your organisation's active subscription plan. Retention periods are configurable and shown on the Pricing page.

Deleting a review

You may delete any review you own (or, for organisation admins, any review within your organisation) at any time. Deletion is a soft delete: the review is immediately hidden from your dashboard, history, and reports, and the underlying data is scheduled for permanent removal in line with this policy.

Deleting your account

Deleting your account removes access to your reviews and personal data. Aggregate, anonymised usage statistics (e.g. total review counts used for platform metrics) may be retained without any information that identifies you.

Share links

Secure report share links automatically expire after the period you select at creation (up to 30 days) and can be revoked manually at any time before that.

Audit logs

Security-relevant audit events (logins, admin actions, review submissions) are retained separately from report content for security and compliance purposes, in line with your plan's audit log retention setting.
